I have collated some of my more frequently asked questions below, if your question hasn't been answered then please get in touch and I'll be more than happy to answer them.
Where are you based?
On Saturdays i'm based at Nude hair and beauty. Sunday-Friday I'm based from home near Hazlehead and I will send you my address once your appointment is secured.
Do I come with wet hair?
If you are coming to me at my home studio I will require you to come with wet hair for any blow-dry service. If you are coming to me in the salon I can wash you hair for you.
Can I get my booking fee back?
Once you have booked in the booking fee is non refundable or transferrable under any circumstance, this covers my for admin and allows me to commit to your day/time.
Do you travel for appointments?
I travel for Bridal parties, and larger groups. I am happy to travel during the week however there will be an extra charge applied for this.
What are your working hours?
My working hours change as I still work full time. Some days I may only have evening or morning appointments. If there is a date that isn't available please send me a message as I rarely open up my full week online.
Why is your Bridal service charged as a package not per head?
I offer a luxury service and will stay until you are ready for touchups and photos. This reflects my potential earnings for the day which allows me to fully commit to your day. This also factors in travel expenses and correspondence time. I offer a per head price if you travel to me in salon or in my home studio as I can accept other bookings before or after your appointment and I don't have the same expenses as I would travelling to you.
