I have collated some of my more frequently asked questions below, if your question hasn't been answered then please get in touch and I'll be more than happy to answer them.
Where are you based?
I am based at Cloud Hair and Beauty in Milngavie.
5 S Mains Rd, Milngavie, Glasgow G62 6DB
Do I come with wet hair?
There is no requirement to come with wet hair, however if you are tighter for time it does help me speed up your blow-dry appointment with me.
Can I get my booking fee back?
Once paid the booking fee is non refundable or transferrable under any circumstance. This covers my admin, allows me to commit to your day/time and protects a part of my income. This applies to any service carried out by me including but not limited to occasion services, bridal, and training.
Do you travel for appointments?
I am able to travel to appointments, there will be a an added fee for this service.
What are your working hours?
I am currently only available on Fridays and Saturdays for occasion appointments. Bridal is available 7 days a week, depending on my availability.
Why is your Bridal service charged as a package not per head?
I offer a luxury service and will stay until you are ready for touchups and photos. This reflects my potential earnings for the day which allows me to fully commit to your day. This also factors in travel expenses and correspondence/relevant admin time. I do offer a per head price if you travel to me in salon, please get in touch to discuss.
